In Italy costs are: euro 8,90 for orders less than euro 99, if more than that transport costs will be free.
Shipment will be in 48 h after order receipt and courier deliver in 24/48 h. We have tracking codes to fill in.
For european countries costs are: euro 19,90 for every order. Shipment will be in 48 h after order receipt and courier deliver in 4/5 working days.
For extra European countries shipments will be made by FEDEX or DHL , cost will be euro 33,00.
Returns & Exchange
When you buy on whybenormal.it you can always change idea. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can make a return in 14 days from order reception.
Shipping costs made will be at your load. After Whybenormal? will have checked integrity product made the amount of the order will be sent back (no transport costs included).
How to make a return and receiving your refund or product replacement:
- Section ‘my orders’ look for order number (you can find it in the email sent as per order confirmation). Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with made return request and the order number together with the email you have sent to make the order.
- If you prefer you can simply contact our Customer Service (+3904244110089, call costs are as a local call). Be sure of having always following datas: order number and the email used for the purchase before contact our customer service.
- Bundling product with the original packaging including every document, manual and accessory received with that, if not we could make the choice to make not the return. Be sure the pack will be well closed and not damaged while sent us back.
It is really important that on the pack there will be the order number and the email used for the purchase to avoid it will be sent to the sender when received.
- Do not forget to include the original accompanying note.
- The amount will be refund in 15 days after product receipt.

Q. How long does the delivery take? A. Wingedstore.com uses GLS or TNT for shipments across the globe: Shipping is available to Italy, Europe, and worldwide. WHYBENORMAL? uses priority courrier which ships in 4-5 working days.
Q. When will my order be sent out? A. Orders will be sent out within 3 working days from the order confirmation.
Q. How are products shipped? A. Orders shipped overseas are sent via GLS or TNT priority courrier.

Q. I would like to return an item for a size exchange, but the size is not showing up on the website. How should I proceed?
A. Unfortunately this does mean that WHYBENORMAL? is out of stock of this size and colour. It is possible to return the item for an exchange for another item or a refund.
